Artist statement:

Finding Beauty in the Breaking

I am an artist who creates from real life, shaped by moments of growth, anxiety, love, and transformation. My work is deeply personal, rooted in the way creating has helped me navigate my own emotions and find peace within myself. Art, for me, is more than expression, it is a safe space, a release, and a way to reconnect with love, both within and around me.

My journey has been influenced by life experiences that pushed me to grow, especially the ending of a relationship that became a turning point. It gave me the courage to fully step into who I am, to embrace my voice, and to finally share my art with the world without fear. Through that process, I discovered strength in vulnerability and beauty in honesty.

Through texture, color, and storytelling, my work reflects what it means to feel deeply, to heal, and to rebuild. Each piece is a reminder that even in moments of anxiety or uncertainty, there is something beautiful unfolding.

This philosophy extends into my community work through 5KFM (Kids Future in Mind), where I use art as a tool for connection, empowerment, and growth. I believe creativity can help peoples, epically young people, understand themselves, express their emotions, and feel seen.

Finding beauty in the breaking, and strength in the becoming.
